What happens if I need more than 30 minutes of content updates?
Your plan includes up to 30 minutes of small content updates each month. If you need additional work, we’ll let you know and provide a quote before carrying it out
Can you fix problems on my existing website?
Yes. We support existing WordPress websites. We’ll normally start with a health check to understand how your website is set up and identify any existing issues before taking over its ongoing care.
What counts as a small content update?
Small updates include things like changing text, replacing images, updating opening hours, contact details or other minor edits to existing pages. New pages, redesigns and development work are quoted separately.
What if my website isn’t built with WordPress?
Our monthly website care service is currently focused on WordPress websites. If your website uses another platform, contact us and we can advise whether we can help.
Do you provide website backups?
Yes. Regular website backups are included in the care plan, giving us a recovery option if something goes wrong with your website.
What happens if my website goes down?
We monitor your website for availability. If we detect that it has gone offline, we’ll investigate the issue and take appropriate action within the scope of your care plan.
Can you take over a website built by another developer?
Yes. Your website doesn’t need to have been built by Crewe Digital. We’ll first review the existing WordPress setup to make sure we can support it properly and identify anything that needs attention.
